My Dinosaur

Amy is in Kindergarten, and has discovered how fun it is to be able to write stories that other people can read. I thought I'd share her dinosaur story. Isn't it so cute to read things that kids spell phonetically? Read what she wrote before reading the "translation below. :)

My dinosaur is eating leaves and plants. He is nice and friendly. He likes to play
ball. He bounses it high 'cause he is big and strong.

I like the word "CKUS"-- such a magical time when they are learning to make sense of letters.
