Ryan turned 14 in January--- With that comes the right of passage to join in the church Youth dances. YIKES! My little boy is growing up. Last weekend our Stake hosted a 4 Stake Youth Conference. Kevin is the YM Pres. in our Branch, so he was lucky enough to be at the dance where he could watch Ryan & the other 350 youth having fun. Before Ryan left home I told him he HAD to leave his rubiks cube in the car! That would not be a cool way to meet girls and be sociable. To our amazement, Ryan got right in there and asked LOTS of different girls to dance. He had a blast!

That kid! Sounds like he had fun!
Oh, and your first grandchild is due on the 10th, not the 12th :)
Formatting these blogs drives me NUTS!!! I can't get the pictures and words to go or stay where I want them. When I preview what I've typed it looks ok (sometimes), but then when it posts, it has moved out of place. Grrr. Anyone know the solution???
Yeah I agree on the formatting that is why I have quit doing the blog thing. How do natalies and jacks pictures always go in good places??
Umm... Is that girl sitting on ryan's lap? Scandelous! ha ha
Yep, she sure is...I asked him about it too, he just kind of grinned and told me it was a "mixer" game they were playing at the dance. :)
I was just thinking the other day that Forrest will be going to the youth dances soon and to Youth Conferences. (He'll miss this year's youth conference because he will turn 14 in Aug.) It's scary to think our little boys are growing up and do not need us like they use to!
I wish Forest's birthday was earlier in the summer so he and Ryan could room together at EFY in Gainsville GA this summer. Maybe next year?
ha ha ha, sister Robinson told me that Rachel Robinson was sending all of her girl friends over to ask Ryan to dance!!! That's awesome! ha ha
