
Jordan has been very stressed out because she has not received the wedding dress that was supposed to arrive at the beginning of JULY!! She has been phoning the company and has been getting the runaround...mostly they have not been answering her calls. When she did get through to them they said the dress had not arrived at their business but it would arrive by last Monday and she should recieve it by Friday. Well, as you can guess...that has not happened. Today when she went online they had posted a notice that "Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are no longer doing business. You will receive instruction on how to make a financial claim within the next 60 days.Our Sincerest Apologies. " WHAT??? That's ridiculous! Obviously they KNEW that this was happening last week...and they likely even knew it was happening before we placed the order. They had better not run off with our credit card payment! What a nightmare! Poor Jordan. I kept assurring her everything would work out, and it will, but just not how we expected it to work out. She found a girl on Craigslist who is selling the designer dress like the one she ordered there in Provo. Hopefully the dress will fit. Who cares if it was worn before? ...at least she'll have a dress, & it will be the style she wanted.
Moral of the story...don't order your wedding dress online--especially from "Weddinginabox.com"!
